I have yet to run out of enthusiasm after 26 years designing, manufacturing & selling children's wear and novelties.  My inspiration? Our six beautiful children... ages twenty-five to two and a half years old &  a grandson under one year.

Through the years my children have been modeling my designs; each with their own personalities, likes & dislikes. They spark the imagination to create something unique for each one & the winning designs are presented to the public.

Art plays such a huge roll in my work. And my work has not always been limited to the design of children's apparel & novelties.
I began as an artist at an early age, drawing on whatever medium I could find; whether on a blank page in a book, or on a grocery bag. My desire to be an artist continued on through high school & then, college.
I studied Medical Illustration at Loyola University in Chicago & was first published in the early eighties. I still do commission portraits; graphite being my favored medium. But the end result, whether sewn or drawn, I am always surprised what joy it brings; even more, to the intended recipient. That is the real satisfaction for me as an artist.
